I ordered 2 outdoor grills for my property. One showed up with no issues and I was able to install same day. The second grill was delayed by fedex for one week, and when it did show up in its broken box( done by fedex) I realized I was missing all of the accessories that go with the grill( the side tray, mounting pole, etc.) I reached out to titan and they had my missing items ready for shipping the next day. so all and all I had a good experience .
