Just received my Titan grill. It took a week longer than expected to arrive. It reached the shipping facility in Phoenix on time, then it sat there. Every day I would check the tracking number and it would say delivery by end of day today. But the next day it would say the same thing. After a week of this, I contacted Titan about it. Within an hour they emailed me back. Within an hour of that, the shipping company contacted me to schedule delivery. Dont know what they did but it worked. Now I have my grill and am excited to get cooking on it!
