I received my purchase after a long delay do to damage by fedex. The product is missing the hardware, at least one structural piece and damaged. I spoke to Therese Canete in customer service on 9/15 and emailed her 10 pics of the condition of the item and noted the missing pieces. I asked for a refund and instructions to return. No reply from anyone at Titan. Will be filing a complaint with my Credit card Co and BBB. Get with it over there in customer care
