Order process was simple to follow. I suggest that you make all of the accessories for the rotisserie easier to find. And please include the counterweight with the unit. Without it, a buyer who is not familiar with large rotisseries would have a hard time. Instructional videos would also help.
Order arrived in great shape. The quality of the unit is great. I will cook a 45lb pig for Thanksgiving.
