We ordered two outdoor chairs. Only one came and we had to call to get the second one shipped. The first one took us two hours to assemble because a couple of the holes did not align and I had to use a power drill in order to get the bolts to slide through. The second chair went together easily. We really like the rocking chairs and they are solid and comfortable.
