This was our third time ordering this table. The other two times it showed up damaged or cracked from the shipping process. We had to wait a long time then for it to come back in stock again. Once it did, I called and Jeremy made sure everything was taken care of. Extra protection on the shipping, quick process, applied our discount from the last experiences, etc. When the table arrived for the third time and almost two years later from our initial order, it was perfect!
