Customer satisfaction for Titan GO is topnotch! A little hiccup at the shipment but it was resolved quickly and with pride. The 32 inch Hemisphere fire pit has every detail of an excellent product that will last a long time. Very happy that I found and decided to purchase this product of Titan, and saved a bunch by buying direct from them.
