While the shipping was fast and I received good customer support, I am very unimpressed with the quality control of the item I purchased. The first order came with a substantial defect that while cosmetic should have never made it past quality control. Customer support was great in replacing the item without requiring me to return the original item. Unfortunately the replacement item also came with some minor cosmetic defects to the lid. I contacted customer service again and best they offered was to compensate $16.19. While customer service was helpful, i would have much preferred an item in brand new condition in the first place.
