Ordered two units. Both arrived same time, however boxed differently. The unit boxed like it came from manufacturer contained the hardware package, assembled fine. The unit that was boxed differently did not have the hardware package and appeared to be used or a floor model. Scratched up with some rust. Contacted customer service and they reimbursed me for the hardware I purchased at store. Customer service was fine.
