I ordered the 10” titan grill. This company was highly recommended from the carnivore support group that I am a part of, because I only eat meat, I was looking forward to receiving my new grill. As I was putting it together, I realized a part was missing and the lid was cracked on the inside. I was a little bit panicked because I knew there was no way I could box this heavy thing back up and send it back. I contacted Customer Service, and although it took a little longer than I would have expected for them to Respond, They eventually did and did not hesitate to take care of my issue. I can’t say I have any complaints about the way Customer Service handled my situation. I was relieved and grateful.
