I asked to exchange a fire pit for a larger model before the smaller model had shipped. Ash charged me for both. This was 3 weeks ago and they still have not refunded me for the smaller fire pit -- for no reason, as far as I can tell. There has been zero communication, and it's not an item that was ever delivered to my house in the first place.
Based on the excellent pre-sale customer serfvice, I had expected more follow-through. Or at least *some*.
