I had been looking for this old style device for cooking whole animals, particularly cabrito. I was really pleased with what I received as it is well built and will be long lasting, well thought-out for cooking technique, easy to assemble, and reasonably priced. It will certainly encourage me to look for more products from this organization. I am very impressed. Shipping was immediate and reasonably priced, as well.
