I was pleased with the ease of ordering and prompt delivery. I also love the robustness of the product compared to other fire bowls.. Unfortunately it was not packaged sufficiently to protect it from the rigors of shipping. It arrived with some of the heat and rust protective paint scraped off. Wondering how to resolve that. Other than that I think it's a good value purchase.
