I ordered a teak bench and 2 scratch and Dent teak 20" planters. I received the bench and 1 planter and am very satisfied with both. I was not told upfront that only one scratch and Dent was available even though I ordered and paid for two. I inquired after only receiving one and was told that was the only one available and you didn't know when another would be available which is completely understandable. My payment has been refunded. If I had known only one was available at the time I ordered I would have ordered one at regular price so I would have gotten a pair as planned. I purchased two plastic inserts for two planters from another company to protect the teak. I went back on your site quickly to order another planter and it appeared the price had gone up from the time I originally purchased and I would now have a shipping charge that I wouldn't have had if I had received two with the first order. It is still in my cart as I try to figure out if I want to spend the additional money or get additional products from you to avoid the shipping charge.
