Very helpful staff on order status. Wasn't however, updated on delays in order and needed to reach out many times on when order would ship.
Delivery of 70 lb parcel left at mailbox on main road rather than left at my doorstep, another 0.2 miles down dirt road. Usually FedEx drops all parcels at the door. Not this one. Hard to get it back to house.
