Fantastic as always! I missed the monogram section during checkout. Completely my fault. Phil actually emailed me after purchasing the One Shot wallet, thanking me for being a repeat customer... I thanked him, and asked to have the monogram added - sure enough the wallet showed up in just a couple days with my Dad's initials. Christmas magic. Top notch customer service!
