“Another winner from Ashland. This was my 4th wallet from Ashland and the first not to be shell cordovan. This English Tan Dublin Frank the Enforcer is sweet. I’m going from a Fat Herbie to a Frank the Enforcer. Quite the size difference. I’m enjoying the front pocket carry. I’ve never been a front pocket wallet guy, but I’m quickly becoming one. I don’t even notice it’s there. It’s taking some getting used to, to reach for my wallet in my back pocket and have mild panic until I realize it’s in the from pocket. That will come with time. Thanks for another winner guys.”

“Hi Phil I placed a custom order on April 26th with a very clear picture showing what I ask for… and I also asked for a picture prior to shipping as to verify my order. This was a gift for myself for my 31st birthday. I acknowled the wait time. However I never received a picture and when I received the order it was missing the Ashland stamp. I notified Matt & Matt peovided me with options. I choose to send back to Ashland and get it stamped. Today is June 5th. Ashland team will receive the wallet & stamp. By the time I receive back, we will be around June 15th. 1) Honestly I do not find such time reasonable for a very simple customization. 2) I see Ashland as a premium brand for a wallet. However I am disappointed with the attention to detail for a customized wallet request 3)Especially considering the discount you are running at the moment , I feel I way overpaid for the product only to add my initials in the wallet. 4)USPS ground shipping label for returns is a cost driven choice. But in such case like mine, it causes a delay. I do not feel special about what I purchased anymore and honestly speaking, not sure if I even have interest left for using the wallet when I receive back. Thank you for the opportunity given for a feedback.”

“I ordered a custom “shorty joe batters” wallet and was super excited to receive it. I’m barber so it’s crucial for me to have a wallet that can carry a decent amount of cash to give my clients change. Unfortunately the wallet couldnt hold as much cash to fit my needs, the wallet would bend and fold weird. Therefore had to return still a great and very nice wallet. I currently have a lucky card wallet that I’m still using.”
