“Acceptable. Much thicker than anticipated with only two cards per slot. I can’t imagine how anyone has three per slot like the description recommends.”

“Quite disappointed with the main part of this order. I was refunded the personalization cost for the wallet with no explanation. The purpose of the order was to replace my boyfriends current leather wallet with one that had his initials. This is a birthday present and now I have to scramble to find something else (after already spending a lot on this) because there is no point in gifting a new wallet without the initials, as it's almost identical to his current wallet. Completely ruined the entire point of the gift with zero explanation from the company as to why they couldn't personalize it. The comb and key holder were nice, but overall, pretty upset and likely will not be a repeat customer or recommend. I'd highly suggest reaching out to customers to explain the reason for not fulfilling paid personalizations instead of just refunding. It felt very careless and lazy on ashlands part. I'm now stuck with a random wallet that won't be used. I would gladly ship the wallet back in its original packaging if I could be refunded the cost of the wallet.”

“I ordered for a Wallet Johnny the Fox (personalised) and a Belt (Horween Leather Belt) as a gift for my friend on his 65th birthday. The Wallet was delivered on time but the Belt is was not delivered. When I wrote to your support, I got a reply stating that it was missed out by oversight and it was shipped yesterday and it is expected to arrive today but the surprise element went for a toss since I had to tell him that 2 items were ordered and only one got delivered. Moreover he left for a short vacation this morning. Now he will see it only when he arrives. I hope your team is more careful when shipping out orders. I had to order a separate gift basket with a wine bottle to make his day.”

“Came with scuff marks on the outside card holders which sucks, I don’t like the hassle of returning so I’m gonna keep it. I would have given a 4/5 stars but the scuffs I didn’t like especially for the price.”

“I purchased the private stock lucky wallet. It has a western theme. I was dissatisfied yes because it looks a little worn and inconsistent on the dye. Moreover the stitching looks like it may comprise in short time. I liked my Capone money clip better.”

“Peter, I was somewhat disappointed when I received the wallet. Look at the panel of the wallet in the pic with the Ashland logo. It's dull, matte, and has dots all over it. Additionally, it was much thicker and heavier than I expected since I selected it from the Minimalist section. I probably should have gotten Frank the Enforcer.”

“Looking online I thought the wallet would be a nice compact unit. Unfortunately it was far bulkier than I ever imagined. I had hoped to reduce the overall weight of items that I carry, not increase it. I returned it for that reason.”

“The wallet arrived with significantly more scuff marks to the leather than I had expected, leaving it with a rough surface on the front which disappointed me. The back was in a better smooth condition at least. The overall build quality looks impressive but I underestimated the condition of the leather from the store pictures.”

“Custom Valet Tray XL was ordered on 11Apr2024. After not receiving it in 2-3 weeks, I requested the item to be rerouted to my PO Box, for secured delivery. I was assured that I would receive it by 04May2024, before departing for my vacation. Well, 04May passed without the item being received. I reached out to Ashland Leather, to ask where I should be expecting delivery. Finally, it was delivered to the PO Box on 16May2024. Over a month after placing the order! I will report that my Custom Valet was made as requested with a Horween stamp. I love it! Now, I want a smaller valet tray for travel, as the XL is larger than expected. Maybe I'll receive it before my next vacation!”
