Phil - we have a problem. I ordered the $425 belt almost 2 months ago. Now, months later, I received a email infoming me that the item was delivered 4 days ago. I'm no longered in Florida and I am now at home in Glenview. I have no idea if or how this package is going to be delivered to my home 8 weeks later. I appreciate the difficulty running a business in a mobile economy and releying on delivery services to satisfy customers. Your company has been extratordinary high quality in the past but I'm discouraged about this transaction. Best, Brian

I did not have a good experience The belt came as size 30 not 38 And the rich blue in the advertisement came as a black color

Can I give a zero star for bad stitching and bad customer service? Dude Matt sold me this wallet saying that it came with a return policy as long as it was unused and in the same exact condition etc. great but why did he sell it to me if later on he was going to ignore three emails and a text about commencing the return? Not cool. Don’t rip me off with a fake return policy man!

Well, the item they sent me was the wrong one. It took several days for them to get back to me on this. After, looking at the item I did receive decided it was not what I wanted. I am still waiting for a return reply so I can return the item.

Placed order but never received it. Was told that a replacement would be sbipped. Three days later was told it was not in stock. You then offered alternatives becauze you said the blue was out of stock. This is pathetic. I want a refund

Low quality stitching on a very expensive wallet is not acceptable. Would not recommend and will not buy from them again

I tried to cancel the order a minute after i placed the order because i realized i couldn’t afford it. Didn’t get a reply and i shipped anyway, its now been a month and I still haven’t received my order

Horrible quality on the Frank the Enforcer wallet. Paid a high price for an item that looked used. Right out of the box and the wallet edges were already frayed, the wallet looked like someone had been squeezing it, and there were scuffs already on it. I was told by the company it should not look like that. But that was about the extent of support I got. Total waste of money and it seems the solution is just to mail the item back to them. Hopefully I get my money back once they get this pile of over rated garbage sent back to them. Thanks for nothing.

After having seen the relatively recent "Skip finish" shell wallets showcased on the Youtube channel, I inquired if any more of those shells were available to make a custom wallet. The answer was that they were still available, and so I proceeded to place the order. Unfortunately, the wallet I eventually received had two flaws. The first was the lack of a bill slot despite me not directing that it be removed. But the second (and more important) flaw was that the color scheme of the wallet was not similar to the Skip finish shell as seen in the videos. Even presuming that leather piece used was technically cut from a Skip finish shell, the coloration of the received wallet could not be described as a mere variation of the coloration seen in the Youtube videos, and the coloration was the thing of value, not the purported fact that it came from a Skip finish shell. Instead of the rich dark browns coupled with orange accents, the received wallet was more of a muted, patchy brown (which is not a bad color scheme, but it was just not the color scheme that I was seeking). And by this time, more recent Youtube videos showed off other custom Skip finish wallets (and even baseballs) with the correct coloration along with saying that there were no more shells available. I will note that the customer service staff (Matt) has been completely professional, especially in responding promptly to my concerns. However, as to the overall experience of ordering a custom wallet, given the build up of expectations only to see them be unfulfilled, I cannot say that it was a good one.

The purchase was fine, the order arrived in good time. It was at this part everything fell apart, and that’s no lie. I had the watch band for 12 hours before it fell apart hitting the pavement. It caused damage to my Apple Watch and have the band that had been damage when it hit the pavement. Then it got worse the owners/management blamed it on me took no responsibility and refused to help. Three days of hell and still no resolution and now have refused to take my emails. The worst experience I have ever had.

Very disappointing experience. The company was unprofessional in handling the issue that I had. They refused to share their phone number and reply to emails. I read a few negative reviews on social media as well.

Horrible experience. The owner refused to assist in calling my bank re. the transaction. It has been reported to the BBB You are better off going to a family company that values it’s customers.
