I would like to give it a nice review. The problem is, when I received the request for a review on their product, I didn’t even received the product yet. You are in a dire need of a better delivery partner!!

The wallet that showed up was totally wrong. It was also the wrong color. I did not like it at all. That's why I will never buy another wallet from u. Someone made a big mistake. It should have been black. But it wasn't it was some kind of brown. I did like the way it looked or felt. Very, very disappointed with your product.

I took current wallets amount of cash and put in new wallet, and it does not fold right with cash in it. I didnt even get any credit cards in it and it would not even begin to shut. I now have an expensive leather paperweight sitting on my desk!

Ashland website was not transparent during checkout that additional charges is expected like customs duty..disappointed and have not receiveed the product..won't order again

Really disappointed with the order and customer service related to my order. I placed an order for a personalized wallet with prioritization due to the holiday as a Christmas gift. First I recieved the entirely wrong order when I reached out Trevor advised they'd send out the correct order, however he didn't expedite the package so by the time I received it and realized they didn't add the personalization it was too late to receive it for Christmas. When I reached back out with my disappointment Matt informed me I could ship the wallet back for personalization which sadly isn't helpful as that leaves me in a position to either not give the gift all together or yo give it and then take it back. Overall I'm disappointed with this company and would not recommend personalizing or paying for priority if you still choose to shop here.

Bought a cordovan Johnny the fox. Most money I've ever spent on leather. The day it arrived I was so excited but opening the package the wallet had dust and particulate but just on the inside? No problem but then I see a stitch sticking straight up, u sent me a dirty unfinished product and u charged me a premium price to do it. So I thought hey maybe this is a flook and all the reviews online can't be wrong so I said hey send me the same wallet and in a different color that's the same exact price and u hit me with a well that will be a 37$ upcharge after u ship the wallet back to us. Which I paid to do out of pocket. I ended up paying to ship it back for a full refund. Minus the shipping. If this is old world craftsmanship I'm glad it's in the past.

This is wallet number two. I’m not even going to use it, just hold onto it to remind me of the quality. The stitching is not close to straight, edge burnishing does not exist, apiece of leather (small but noticeable) is gone.I blame myself for ordering close to the Christmas rush. How dare you ask me to update my review "after taking care of things". Nothing was offered, nothing said, no contact. The first wallet is fair, I do use it. That is why I ordered a second wallet. Never again.I really wanted to like your wallets. Oh well.

you made a nice leather strap, but the connector mechanism does not fit the apple watch series 10 42mm, sad i spent $150 on this but the leather is well-crafted

Disappointed :( I was expecting a thick shell cordovan and what I got was a thin flimsy scrap of shell leather with lots of scuff marks. I had to condition the leather to make it smooth. Not worth the $90 price tag.

I received an email from Ashland asking me to review the belt I purchased eight days ago. Since they shipped the item, they should know I haven't received it. I ordered from Hanks before and had the belt in a few days. I took a risk with Ashland, and it has yet to pay off.

Phil - we have a problem. I ordered the $425 belt almost 2 months ago. Now, months later, I received a email infoming me that the item was delivered 4 days ago. I'm no longered in Florida and I am now at home in Glenview. I have no idea if or how this package is going to be delivered to my home 8 weeks later. I appreciate the difficulty running a business in a mobile economy and releying on delivery services to satisfy customers. Your company has been extratordinary high quality in the past but I'm discouraged about this transaction. Best, Brian

Can I give a zero star for bad stitching and bad customer service? Dude Matt sold me this wallet saying that it came with a return policy as long as it was unused and in the same exact condition etc. great but why did he sell it to me if later on he was going to ignore three emails and a text about commencing the return? Not cool. Don’t rip me off with a fake return policy man!

Well, the item they sent me was the wrong one. It took several days for them to get back to me on this. After, looking at the item I did receive decided it was not what I wanted. I am still waiting for a return reply so I can return the item.
