I decided it was time to place the order on my dream wallet; the Fat Herbie in Natural Shell Cordovan. To say I am more then happy is an understatement. I instantly fell in love with the feel and smell of the leather, it's intoxicating. I will also note that if you don't wear slim fit pants, you can also pull off front pocket carry very comfortably. What really sent me over the moon with this experience was the customer service I received, it was bar none the best yet. Upon examining the wallet I noticed that the hand stamp was a little faded in some areas and reached out to Ashland. Matt responded very quickly and offered to send me another Fat Herbie in exchange and even sent me a picture of their inventory for me to pick from. At the time I had already established a bond with the original so I decided to keep it and I haven't looked back since. The 2nd incredible Customer Service experience came in the form of a personal video thank you message from Phil. I was so impressed I shared it with friends and family. It's personal touches like this that will keep me a customer for life. Next up on the list is one of their belts to replace a my current belt (from a competitor) that I am not exactly vibing with.
