This is my 3rd wallet from them. Thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the product - NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL. There was a mistake in the item sent this time but as soon as I contacted then they sent me a replacement via Overnight shipping and also sent a prepaid return label. That is called service 👍👍👏👏
