I received my Johnny The Fox wallet and it is amazing. I custom ordered it because the leather choices I wanted were either sold out or unavailable when I would check the website. I contacted Matt and Phil and they got back to me very quickly. They were able to accommodate everything I wanted except one thing so I ordered the wallet and was told it would take 4-6 weeks. I received it just over 4 weeks from the order date. I chose the whiskey Shell Cordovan for the exterior and reverse whiskey Shell Cordovan for the interior. I also got it without any logo stamps as I really like the clean look of unbranded wallets. I was really appreciative that they were willing to do that for me. They definitely went above and beyond for me. I also had a ton of questions at the beginning and they were always very quick with their response. The only thing I wish they could have done was to get it hand stitched. I saw on their Instagram they had some wallets on there that were hand stitched but when I asked for that they said the Johnny The Fox is the only model they don’t hand stitch. I was bummed about that as I love the way hand stitching looks but it wasn’t a big enough deal for me to not go through with the purchase. Thanks so much to your entire team and especially to Matt and Phil for all their help. Hopefully one day you will offer the hand stitching on the Johnny the Fox and I will have to get another one.
