I wrote asking for a watch band in Color 8 in a size you actually don't offer---the odd 21mm. I received a reply almost immediately letting me know that you could customize a 22mm band to fit. And it is perfection. I really could not be happier with the quality of the work and the exceptional service. Thanks a million! I'll be back.
