it is amazing to see a shop owner that cares so much about his product(which is amazing) and customers. i ordered a simple key fob then asked about a watch band and phil went completely out of his way to make sure he was able to help and made sure i was getting exactly what i was looking for. his knowledge of leather is infectious (watch him on youtube) and helped me love the finished product that he and his team produce. so yeah the leather goods are amazing!! and the customer service is amazing-er!! lol
