I am only a couple of days into owning the Frank the Enforcer in natural shell cordovan. I can speak to the exceptional customer service I received from Matt when I reached out with questions around how to care for my cardholder. The packaging of my product was exceptional and arrived in a timely fashion. The craftsmanship of my cardholder is impressive. The lifetime guarantee helped me buy with confidence. So far, I have loaded the Frank the Enforcer with a total of six cards and a single bill folded in the large middle pocket. My only “concern” is around the fit on the bill in the middle pocket. It is not especially easy, but I suspect that it will get better as I use the cardholder more. I bought with confidence and would recommend the same to others.
