Matt Kalas provided individualized attention to create a customized watch strap for a vintage watch - it took a little longer than expected but arrived earlier this week - and was exactly what I had hoped it would be. Recommended without reservation and will likely buy from Ashland Leather again. It's refreshing to work with an internet retailer who makes every effort to individualize the experience. These guys care about the work they do and it shows.
