Great products and presentation. The reason I’m putting a 4 instead of 5 was due to my order received being different that what I ordered. Vertical Bugs Moran received and the standard style was ordered. I emailed Ashland about my issue and inquired how to return. They automatically created a new order and promptly issued out a new corrected order. Whether I decide to keep it I don’t know, but I know great customer service and Ashland has it. Besides Tony the Ant is doing quite well.
