Ashland Leather is probably my favorite company in Chicago. I've had a wallet for about a year that I love, and I was in the market for a new belt. I'm a 42" waist and didn't see that size on the website, so I reached out to the info email address late on a Monday afternoon. Matt got back to me early Tuesday afternoon letting me know he could make me one. I received the invoice from him later that afternoon, received the shipping confirmation on Thursday, and I had the belt in hand by Friday afternoon. I love that it's made in Chicago, and that creates such a cool vibe for the brand, but it's really the craftsmanship and customer service that blow me away. Where else can I order a handmade leather belt on a Monday and have it in hand before the weekend? It's a cliche, but keep doing what you guys are doing. You have a customer for life in me!
