Prompt service in all respects. Products are beautifully executed and packaged. Very satisfied. I purchased three Fat Herbie wallets. Two gifts and one for myself. My only suggestion on the wallet design which would help me would be to carry the outside shell all the way to the top instead of lowering it a half inch or so. My wallet gets hung up on that shells top edge when removing from a rear pocket. Thanks
