I ordered two iWatch straps. Communication was great via chat, I was worried that the straps might be too big for my wrist (and my wife’s), but I was given multiple options should that happen, which made me much more comfortable. Ultimately, the straps fit well. My wrist is about 6.5” around with a cloth measuring tape and I use the second to the last hole. Same for my wife. Quality is excellent on both, and I’m very happy with every aspect of this purchase!
