5 stars Each product seems to be crafted as a little work of art. The people that work in Ashland have an affection for leather and tooling that is expressed in every piece that I have purchased. I have also learned to appreciate the more subtle characteristics of fine leather, leather production and crafting by watching their informative videos. It has been a pleasure to speak with Phil and Matt Kalas, sometimes just to help select a product or at other times to suggest a small change in design. They have both been 100% responsive and interested in feedback. I Couldn’t be more pleased as a customer !
