It was amazing! I love my items. I smell my wallet at least 5 times a day :) it’s a statement piece and a reliable one at that! I’m excited to break it in. My watch band is so Pliable and comfortable Maybe replace the rubber bands that held my 3 items together with a light cheap twine with the Ashland gift tag on it or maybe thin strips of leather as string. Because of how nice the presentation is ,the rubber band throws it off. But that’s just my thought. Your team responded to my email to upgrade my wallet with haste and made that process of swapping the items super simple and respectful. Keep it up I enjoyed every bit of dealing with y’all.
