Of course the quality is excellent but what really stood out was the customer service. There was a problem with the shipping because of my post office and Ashland committed to making it right no matter what it took. The post office eventually found it and it was delivered. That’s how a business should be run. I am buying more and more products from businesses like this even if it cost a few dollars more. It’s worth it. Thanks again!!
