Ashland Leather is outstanding. I was considering a Fat Herbie in Several colors of Shell Cordovan. Matt walked me through what they had in stock and even sent pictures to choose from. I chose a wallet in Amaretto Shell. Although I didn’t bond with the color, the leather and wallet are in a category higher than I’ve seen before. Beautiful leather and great craftsmanship. Matt provided the best customer service I’ve experienced in a LONG time. He helped me set up the return and then coached me through a custom order, all while answering each of my many questions/emails on the same day I sent them.
