The wallet I got from Ashland Leather - a vertical Bugs Moran card holder in shell cordovan - is superb by every standard: the quality of the leather, the practicality of the sizing, the subtle color. A lot of the craft manufacturers of wallets aspire to the "luxury" label, but I don't know if any of them is producing a cordovan wallet of this caliber. Rather than spending time creating a narrative, Ashland is obviously focusing on the quality of their product.
