The customer service is top notch. I started by asking to see some of the shell wallets and while I liked them, none of them screamed me. So I worked with Matt on getting a fully custom order. From sending me pictures of leather that they had to making notes of the unique design I wanted to do. Enjoyable experience overall. While a wait for my wallet to be made I even picked up a English Tanned Capone. Will be back in the future for a custom shell Capone.
