This is my third purchase from Ashland Leather and I am extremely happy with both the product and the customer service I received. I had a very nit-picky issue with some of the naturally occurring color variation in the wallet I received. Matt sent photos of the other available wallets and let me choose an alternative. The replacement was put in the mail immediately and I received it today. Very happy!
