My experience with Ashland has been great. Customer service is very good and extremely responsive. I recently purchased a discounted one pice whiskey shell cordovan belt with a minor factory defect. Very satisfied with the belt. I took a chance and ordered one size bigger than I normally take and was pleasantly surprised that it fit well as it turned out to be a little shorter than I expected.
