My only issue - and while this one is not your fault at all, you're the only one who could fix it - is all the order emails got sorted into my "promo" folder in gmail. And I ended up ordering a wallet a second time because I could not find an email receipt in my normal inbox. I only discovered it when I AGAIN could not find my order email.
I am not sure how you fix that, but I know other companies their orders will show up in my inbox, even when their promo emails end up in Promo all the time. Like West Elm, for example.
Your customer service dep was fine refunding it, I just thought you'd want to know.
The other feedback I could give is when looking at the various versions of the blue wallet, it was not always obvious in the description what the difference was. Maybe I am just a novice when it comes to leather types, but some of the wallets looks identical in the pics, but the prices where 100+ bucks more.
