I asked them if it was possible to add a monogram to the watch strap I bought and they happily obliged despite it not being an option online. Each time I was in the shop (to pick up then to add an extra punch), they were incredibly kind and let me browse all their other super cool products. Here's to hoping some of my other leather goods wear out soon so I can go back.
