I emailed them and asked if they knew when they might have some more available, and even though it was Saturday by then Matt from Ashland got back to me within a few hours and offered me a made-to-order version of the same wallet. He even waived the usual MTO charge and let me pick what kind of cut I'd want from the hide. The wall just arrived now and I couldn't be happier. It feels incredibly sturdy and looks amazing. I wanted something with the quality and durability of shell but never liked the really shiny finish that it often has, and the raw natural shell is absolutely perfect for that. Plus the shots I've seen of how this leather changes over time look amazing. The cutting, stitching, and edge finish on this wallet are immaculate. This feels like something that will last me a lifetime. Materials, craftsmanship, and customer service are all top notch, I'd recommend Ashland to anyone considering their products.
