I had such a great experience. While I’m transitioning into heirloom-grade products, they were super understanding and very down to earth. I’d been looking to replace a band on a Fossil watch, which I’ve had forever, and have been researching local, Chicago-based companies that provide high quality products. I found their studio/store on Ashland and they welcomed me in. I look forward to having this band (if not my watch face) for decades to come.
