As an Ashland Leather customer of nearly two years, thus far I've purchased a key ring and three wallets, and currently have two belts on order (all six items made from glorious Horween shell cordovan). I cannot praise Ashland Leather's fantastic-quality products highly enough. But that praise isn't confined merely to the impressive array of leather goods the Chicago-based company offers. Ashland's stellar reputation is also—and especially—personified in the friendly folks who own and operate this small business: it is they who, by their dedication to excellent (!) customer service and communication (e.g., last year they sent me a personalized video thanking me for a purchase), make doing business with this gem of a company such a pleasure.
