The quality is excellent and the costumer service was very helpful (and patient). I went through several options before settling on a final design, but, Matt was very helpful all the way. If you’re considering a wallet from Ashland, I would suggest that you check out their YouTube channel for inspiration, especially videos about custom orders and private stock. There’s a lot of options for customisation, that doesn’t (always) appear on the website, both in terms of wallets, leather types, colours and other small customisation options.
