What a lovely experience! I ordered a leather Apple Watch band for my husband for our anniversary but wasn't sure of the sizing. Immediate response to my email with a note that the band would be cut down to fit. The band fits perfectly, looks fantastic. It also arrived super quickly and was packaged so nicely I didn't need to wrap it. 10/10
