I sent Phil and Matt MANY emails as I was designing my “dream wallet”. They were extremely patient and kind as I worked through the process of deciding on style then color then type of leather then monograming. Throughout the entire process they were awesome! I received my “dream wallet” exactly how it was ordered! Can’t recommend this company and these gentlemen enough. I do also highly recommend watching as many of Phil’s Ashland Leather YouTube videos as possible prior to finalizing an order.
