This is a mixed review. First I’d like to say the customer service has very good communication and helpful. However after I received the watch strap I was pretty disappointed. It really didn’t look at all like the straps advertised and I really am not a fan of the watch straps I received. For the price I’d like them to look like the product pictured or at least very close. I actually find the strap I received quite ugly and I doubt I’ll be putting it on my watch to replace the old one.
