This was the second belt that I ordered from Ashland Leather. It was the same size as the first belt that I ordered about a year ago but the new belt was two inches shorter than the first belt. After exchanging several emails with customer support, I returned the belt in exchange for a longer one, but I have yet to receive it. Ordering something sight unseen is challenging, so consistent sizing is critical if you want repeat business. I had planned on buying more belts in different colors, but this experience has me questioning whether I will buy another belt from you again.
