I ordered a Fat Herbie in Natural Shell Cordovan. The construction is nice but the outer piece of leather, the piece that makes the bill section has a very visible line running across it where the the top half of the piece is noticably darker in color than the bottom half. Not what I would expect from a product at this price point. What makes it worse is that I had ordered this to be monogrammed which means someone took this wallet, saw the very noticeable color variation running across the entirety of the outer side and decided it was fine to send out. I love the wallet but I do feel a little stab every time I look to closely at it. Hopefully patina will even it all out eventually.
