Custom Valet Tray XL was ordered on 11Apr2024. After not receiving it in 2-3 weeks, I requested the item to be rerouted to my PO Box, for secured delivery. I was assured that I would receive it by 04May2024, before departing for my vacation. Well, 04May passed without the item being received. I reached out to Ashland Leather, to ask where I should be expecting delivery. Finally, it was delivered to the PO Box on 16May2024. Over a month after placing the order! I will report that my Custom Valet was made as requested with a Horween stamp. I love it! Now, I want a smaller valet tray for travel, as the XL is larger than expected. Maybe I'll receive it before my next vacation!
